1:ORDERS

Thank you for shopping at The Vintage Letter Lady.

 

I will be in touch throughout the order process and will let you know when I have posted it so you can keep an eye out for the postman!

 

2:PAYMENT

 

The Vintage Letter Lady (TVLL) accepts payment via Paypal or direct checkout.

 

Payment is due within 3 days of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled unless you contact me to arrange payment.

3:SHIPPING

Your parcel will be posted within 3-5 business days after full payment is received, via Royal Mail first class or My Hermies if it is a frame. This is an untracked service.

If you wish to have your items sent recorded delivery or next day delivery etc, please let me know to arrange the alternative shipping method and additional costs.

The cost of shipping also includes transport to the post office and packaging your item.

Although we like to support the Royal Mail service sometimes it can take a little longer so please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.

If you order is not with you within the week please get in touch.

We ship to the address given as you have written it at the time of sale. Please ensure it is correct.

We are very sorry, but we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

4:RETURNS

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we can discuss the problem.

If we have arranged for the good to be returned, the cost of shipping the goods will not be covered and please ensure the goods returned in the condition they were posted to you.
